JOB TITLE: Agentic Product Builder, Sr. Associate - State Street Investment Management The Data, Analytics and AI Services team is seeking an Agentic Product Builder, Sr. Associate to design, prototype, and implement AI-enabled business workflows. What you'll do

Prototype, test, and implement agentic AI workflows that translate business processes into scalable solutions.
Design and build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and semi-autonomous systems on enterprise platforms.
Implement human-in-the-loop controls, monitoring, alerting, and escalation paths for safe AI adoption.
Use modern AI-assisted development tools, agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering to accelerate delivery.
Support model and agent testing, performance metrics, token optimization, and responsible AI governance.
Translate ambiguous business problems and pain points into working technical solutions and measurable outcomes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, mathematics, or a related quantitative or technical discipline.
Strong engineering foundation with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into working technical solutions.
Hands-on interest or experience with generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, or workflow automation.
Familiarity with modern AI tools including large language models, agent frameworks, AI-enabled IDEs, AWS Bedrock, or similar technologies.
Programming experience in Python, SQL, or comparable languages to develop prototypes and integrate data sources.
Awareness of AI governance, responsible AI, data controls, model risk, security, and auditability in a regulated environment.
Curiosity and an ownership mindset to learn new tools, frameworks, and business domains quickly.
