Agentic Experience Product Manager

What you'll do

• Develop the product strategy and vision for the agentic conversational container.
• Own features and interactions including conversation starters, chat history, and generative UI components.
• Define multi-turn behaviors, disclosure moments, and fallback logic to ensure a safe user experience.
• Conduct market research and discovery efforts to identify customer needs for the roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on analytics and transcript reviews.
• Execute the rollout strategy including eligibility, phasing, and readiness criteria for new features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop reusable conversational patterns.
• Define quality measurements and guardrail testing for AI-powered, non-deterministic features.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities for AI-powered features with probabilistic outputs.
• Working fluency in how modern agentic systems behave, including LLMs, orchestration, context, and memory.
• Experience defining quality measurement for AI experiences, such as evaluation design or guardrail testing.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
• Experience with conversational products, assistant products, or generative UI assembled at runtime (preferred).
• Applied knowledge of accessibility standards in dynamic interfaces (preferred).
