As an Agentic AI – Now Assist Lead, you will join the Center of Excellence to lead Agentic AI and Now Assist capabilities. You will provide architecture-level support for agent orchestration failures, prompt and skill tuning, and downstream workflow integrations while serving as on-call technical escalation support. Your daily responsibilities include owning the Agentic AI roadmap, building reusable accelerators for ITSM triage and deflection, and establishing responsible AI and AI governance delivery standards. You will partner with the Academy to co-deliver upskilling modules. The role requires a current Now Assist and/or AI Agents credential, along with skills in prompt engineering and AI governance. You will solve technical problems by bringing AI-powered triage, deflection, and orchestration to workflows across IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and HR Service Delivery.

What you'll do

Lead complex Now Assist and AI Agent implementations including architecture support and prompt tuning.
Provide on-call technical escalation support for issues with agentic AI root causes.
Own the Agentic AI and Now Assist roadmap and the CoE’s AI-vector mapping.
Build reusable accelerators for ITSM triage, deflection, and agentic workflows.
Lead RFP architecture where Agentic AI differentiates the solution.
Establish responsible AI and AI governance delivery standards for the CoE.
Co-deliver Agentic AI upskilling through dedicated cohorts and training modules.

What we're looking for

A current Now Assist and/or AI Agents credential.
Ability to work as a technical peer and enablement partner to senior Capability Leaders across product lines.
Experience with Predictive Intelligence and/or Virtual Agent (preferred).
Working knowledge of prompt engineering and AI governance practices (preferred).
