Engagement Tech Lead, Agentic AI

What you'll do

• Lead technical engagements with high-priority ISV partners to set objectives, timelines, and adoption plans.
• Design and ship production code, methods, and reference architectures for RAG, inference, and multi-agent workflows.
• Implement AI solutions using NVIDIA's stack including NeMo, Nemotron, NIM, Dynamo, and TensorRT-LLM.
• Track adoption metrics and share production deployment insights with NVIDIA's Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
• Advocate for partner needs to influence the internal product roadmap and platform improvements.
• Build and maintain deep expertise in agentic platform architecture, fine-tuning, and production inference.
• Provide technical guidance to partner Software Platform Architects on building enterprise-grade GenAI systems.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of experience in technical Product, Engineering, or Solutions roles across enterprise software and production AI.
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong AI/ML and deep learning foundation with hands-on experience building enterprise-grade GenAI systems.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and the modern agent/LLM stack including LangChain, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and vector DBs.
• Solid grasp of enterprise deployment including MLOps/LLMOps, Kubernetes, Docker, security, compliance, and governance.
• Experience leading technical engagements with customers and earning the trust of senior engineers, architects, and executives.
• Track record of influencing complex product decisions through trusted partner relationships (preferred).
• Demonstrated agility in high-stakes environments to deliver successful outcomes in a high-velocity GenAI landscape (preferred).
