Applied Agentic AI Lead, Partner Co-Design

What you'll do

• Co-design and build production agentic systems with ISV Software Platform Architects.
• Define technical objectives, timelines, and adoption strategies aligned to partner business goals.
• Implement RAG, multi-agent, and long-horizon workflows using NVIDIA's software stack.
• Ship production code and reference architectures for the broader ecosystem to build upon.
• Represent partner needs and architecture designs to NVIDIA Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by articulating insights from large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Perform deep technical work in fine-tuning, RL from verifiable rewards, and production inference.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years in technical Engineering, Product, or Solutions roles across enterprise software and production AI.
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong AI/ML and Deep Learning foundation with hands-on experience building enterprise-grade GenAI systems.
• Fluency in Python and the modern agent/LLM stack including LangChain, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and NVIDIA NeMo.
• Strong grasp of enterprise deployment realities including MLOps/LLMOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Security, Compliance, and Governance.
• Strong executive-caliber communication skills and ability to lead large projects with high ownership.
• Track record of influencing product decisions through trusted partner relationships (preferred).
• Proven agility in high-stakes environments and ability to build trust with engineers and executives (preferred).
