What you'll do

Co-design and build production agentic systems with partner Software Platform Architects to meet specific business objectives.
Implement RAG, multi-agent workflows, and long-horizon tasks using the NVIDIA software stack and ecosystem tools.
Develop and ship code, reference architectures, and evaluations for NVIDIA libraries to create durable software solutions.
Act as the primary technical lead to resolve complex problems and accelerate partner adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
Provide feedback from real-world production deployments to influence NVIDIA’s product roadmap and engineering priorities.
Execute advanced AI techniques including fine-tuning, RL from verifiable rewards, and production inference optimizations.
Translate enterprise requirements into scalable platform improvements by collaborating with internal Product and Research teams.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in technical Engineering, Product, or Solutions roles across enterprise software and production AI.
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong foundation in AI/ML and Deep Learning with hands-on experience building enterprise-grade GenAI systems.
Proficiency in Python and the modern agent/LLM stack including LangChain, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and NVIDIA NeMo.
Experience with advanced RAG, multi-agent architectures, and production LLM evaluations and deployments.
Knowledge of enterprise deployment realities including MLOps/LLMOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Security, Compliance, and Governance.
Ability to research, prototype, and lead large projects while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Executive-caliber communication skills and the ability to build trust with both engineers and senior leadership.
