Critical Incident Response Team Agent

What you'll do

• Conduct site risk assessments and implement remediations for physical access controls, surveillance, and security procedures.
• Serve as the first on-site responder and incident commander for medical, natural, and human-made emergencies.
• Establish, certify, and lead local Emergency Response Teams (ERTs) while maintaining emergency response plans and conducting drills.
• Manage behavioral threat intake, conduct safety investigations, and perform de-escalation for workplace violence prevention.
• Design and deliver safety training programs including First Aid, CPR, AED, and Stop the Bleed certifications.
• Coordinate with the Global Operations Center to manage incident reporting, situational awareness, and after-action reviews.
• Provide security coordination and risk assessment for corporate events and executive visits.
• Maintain emergency equipment, site records, and compliance standards to ensure constant operational readiness.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of experience in physical security, emergency services, or the military with direct incident response experience.
• Must hold or be able to obtain BLS, First Aid, AED, and Stop the Bleed certifications.
• Must hold or be willing to take incident command training such as ICS and NIMS or equivalent.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to perform risk assessments for physical access controls, surveillance, and security procedures.
• Strong communication skills for delivering safety training and reporting findings in high-stakes situations.
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and de-escalate tense situations.
• Availability to work non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
