Protective Services Agent
The Protective Services Agent provides close protection for executives and their families across corporate headquarters, domestic and international travel, events, and residential settings. Working within the Protective Services team, you will serve as the primary security presence, developing and implementing comprehensive security plans that include site surveys, route planning, risk assessments, and emergency response strategies. You will manage end-to-end travel logistics, coordinate with law enforcement and venue partners, and act as a first responder for medical emergencies or security incidents. The role requires expertise in executive protection, threat assessment, and situational awareness. Essential skills include professional discretion, clear communication, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. What we're looking for
Three to five years of experience in executive protection, corporate security, law enforcement, or military service with direct application to close protection operations.
Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive security plans, conduct threat and risk assessments, and produce professional documentation for leadership review.
Proven ability to manage logistics, conduct advances, and provide close protection across headquarters, travel, and event environments in a corporate setting.
Ability to make sound, time-sensitive decisions in dynamic environments while maintaining operational continuity without constant direction.
Experience operating in a corporate environment with an understanding of business etiquette, executive interaction, and confidentiality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with leadership, law enforcement, and external partners.
Physical ability to remain mobile for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate effectively in vehicles and varied weather conditions.
Valid California driver's license with a clean record, advanced first aid/CPR certification (or obtainable within 90 days), and a valid US passport.
