What you'll do

  • Provide close protection for executives and their families across corporate, travel, and residential environments.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans including site surveys, route planning, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct advances for all principal movements and update plans based on changing threat landscapes.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international travel, including secure transportation and venue coordination.
  • Serve as the primary first responder for security incidents and medical emergencies during operations.
  • Maintain operational readiness by managing vehicle equipment, communication tools, and detailed after-action reports.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and external partners to ensure seamless protective operations.

What we're looking for

  • Three to five years of experience in executive protection, corporate security, law enforcement, or military service with direct application to close protection operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive security plans, conduct threat and risk assessments, and produce professional documentation for leadership review.
  • Proven ability to manage logistics, conduct advances, and provide close protection across headquarters, travel, and event environments in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to make sound, time-sensitive decisions in dynamic environments while maintaining operational continuity without constant direction.
  • Experience operating in a corporate environment with an understanding of business etiquette, executive interaction, and confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with leadership, law enforcement, and external partners.
  • Physical ability to remain mobile for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate effectively in vehicles and varied weather conditions.
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean record, advanced first aid/CPR certification (or obtainable within 90 days), and a valid US passport.
