What you'll do

Deploy, maintain, and repair sensor equipment including cameras, radars, and Pan Tilt Units on towers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field environments.
Perform preventative maintenance on tower structures, power systems, and hydraulic infrastructure.
Conduct root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures following system incidents.
Provide technical training and guidance to customers and internal account managers.
Communicate field issue status and product refinement recommendations to engineering teams.
Develop and execute operational plans for logistics and resource allocation during events.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for hardware, software, and support procedures.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in problem solving at the interface of hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments.
Ability to climb towers to install, maintain, and repair sensor equipment including cameras, radars, and PTUs.
Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair infrastructure such as generators, solar power systems, and hydraulic systems.
Experience performing preventative maintenance on tower structure components like guy wires, anchors, and lightning protection systems.
Experience operating specialized equipment including aerial lifts and forklifts.
Ability to travel to remote regions of the world for up to two months at a time for at least 50% of the year.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearance.
Preferred: B.S. in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
