What you'll do

Lead agile execution for multi-discipline teams including hardware, firmware, and software engineering.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive the maturation of agile practices within a DoD environment.
Provide status updates, develop project plans, and maintain metrics for program and engineering leadership.
Communicate project status and technical progress to stakeholders and customers.
Develop and own cost and schedule estimates for specific engineering design tasks.
Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI and Excel to create dashboards and reports.
Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous process improvement and innovation.
Achieve stakeholder consensus and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
Proven history of technical contributions and understanding of the engineering process for hardware and firmware/software.
Strong background in Agile Methodologies with preferred experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Fluency in data presentation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other dashboarding approaches (preferred).
Relevant Agile Certifications such as SAFe, CSM, or equivalent (preferred).
History of success implementing Agile practices and processes in a DoD setting (preferred).
