The Account Technology Strategist - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) joins the Enterprise Account Team to serve as a trusted technology advisor and account CTO for a strategic customer. You will lead the translation of business priorities into a comprehensive technology roadmap, specifically focusing on Data and AI strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing relationships with C-level executives, orchestrating virtual teams of specialists and partners, and helping the customer operationalize generative AI and agentic AI. You will utilize expertise in cloud, security, applications, and infrastructure to modernize the customer's technology estate. Key technical competencies include experience with Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure data services to solve complex problems in supply chain, manufacturing, and R&D within the CPG industry.
Translate customer business priorities into a comprehensive enterprise technology strategy and roadmap.
Serve as an account CTO and trusted advisor to C-level technology executives.
Develop a cohesive strategy connecting the enterprise data estate with AI ambitions.
Lead the secure adoption and operationalization of generative AI and agentic AI technologies.
Orchestrate Microsoft specialists, engineering resources, and partners to deliver technical solutions.
Identify opportunities to transform CPG business processes like supply chain and manufacturing using Data and AI.
Connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes and drive revenue growth.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience.
Experience developing and leading enterprise technology strategies and roadmaps across large, complex organizations (preferred).
Demonstrated experience with Data and AI, including enterprise data platforms, architecture, analytics, governance, generative AI, and agentic AI (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or equivalent enterprise Data and AI platforms (preferred).
Experience building trusted relationships with C-level technology executives and influencing strategic technology decisions (preferred).
Experience or knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and its technology trends (preferred).
Relevant Data and AI technical certifications, such as AI-901, AI-103, or AI-200 (preferred).
