Oracle EPCM Manager

What you'll do

• Deliver Oracle EPCMS implementations covering Profitability Management, Cost Allocation, and Margin Analysis from design through go-live.
• Configure EPCMS modules by building allocation rules, calculation logic, reporting structures, and profitability models.
• Translate client cost-to-serve and margin analysis requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain calculation rule sets to automate data transformations and workflow processes within EPCMS.
• Manage integrations between EPCMS and ERP systems or other Oracle EPM modules to ensure accurate data mapping.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements, document solution designs, and define configuration specifications.
• Execute testing activities including SIT and UAT by preparing scripts and tracking defects.
• Provide post-go-live support and advise clients on profitability modeling best practices.

What we're looking for

• You must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (12 years with an Associate degree).
• You must hold an Oracle EPM Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (EPCMS) certification.
• You need at least 5 years of Oracle EPM experience.
• You require at least 3 years of hands-on EPCMS configuration expertise in Profitability Management, Cost Allocation, or Margin Analysis.
• You must have at least 3 years of experience building profitability models and cost allocation frameworks in EPCMS.
• You need at least 3 years of experience building and maintaining EPCMS calculation rule sets to automate logic and data transformations.
• You require at least 3 years of experience supporting EPCMS integrations with ERP systems or other Oracle EPM modules.
• You must have at least 5 years of consulting experience in a professional services or systems integration environment.
