What you'll do

Design, configure, and deliver innovative warehouse management solutions using Oracle Cloud WMS.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution design, and configuration for Oracle Cloud WMS.
Create tailored workflows for inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and cross-docking.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration designs for various systems.
Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
Oversee data migration, testing cycles, and cutover planning for warehouse operations.
Provide guidance to offshore teams, junior consultants, and client subject matter experts.
Create project documentation including business requirement documents, functional designs, SOPs, and training materials.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle WMS with at least 3 years specifically in Oracle Cloud WMS.
Minimum 5 years of experience configuring receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, inventory controls, and task management.
Minimum 5 years of experience with integrations involving ERP, OTM, TMS, scanners/RF devices, and third-party automation systems.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated expertise in leading Oracle WMS Cloud implementations or rollouts.
Minimum 4 years of experience leading CRPs, design workshops, and cross-functional discussions with business stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; otherwise, a minimum of 12 years of work experience is required.
Candidates with an Associate’s Degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.
