The Senior Manager, Data Science - Merchandising Analytics leads data-driven evaluation and strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational effectiveness. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive data analysis to uncover actionable insights across membership & merchandising and translating complex data into clear strategies that drive business impact. This leader partners closely with cross-functional teams — including Merchandising, Membership and Marketing — to operationalize insights and enable data-informed decision-making. What you'll do...

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover actionable insights related to membership behavior and merchandise performance.
