Quality Control Pharmacy Technician, Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations

What you'll do

• Maintains and troubleshoots automated pharmacy equipment for operational efficiency.
• Conducts root cause analysis to optimize processes and enhance quality, productivity.
• Ensures medication quality by monitoring expiration dates and conducting inspections.
• Monitors production data and identifies trends to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manages inventory levels using automated systems and conducts cycle counts regularly.
• Supports prescription fulfillment through accurate labeling and packaging of medications.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in pharmacy automation equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to perform quality control checks on medications and supplies.
• Experience in inventory management systems and cycle counts.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization.
• Active certification from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCE) or National Healthcareer Association (ExCPT).
• Minimum 6 months experience in a pharmacy environment, including central fill operations.
• Strong skills in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and data entry.
