What you'll do

Conduct client discovery sessions to identify business objectives, technical requirements, and opportunities for IBM technology.
Design and validate technical solution approaches that address customer challenges across AI, cloud, data, and security.
Build and deliver demonstrations, proofs of concept, workshops, and technical presentations to showcase solution functionality.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support customer adoption by defining use cases and removing technical barriers to ensure measurable success.
Create reusable assets, technical best practices, and innovative ideas to accelerate client success and solution adoption.
Present technical findings and solution recommendations to stakeholders to drive project progression.

What we're looking for

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be an actively enrolled undergraduate or graduate university student.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science (preferred).
Foundational knowledge of cloud computing, software development, AI, automation, data, or cybersecurity.
Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to prototype, build, or troubleshoot applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, volunteer work, or community involvement (preferred).
