What you'll do

Identify partner business requirements to design technical architectures compatible with their existing technology stacks.
Build and code Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using Python, open-source frameworks, and IBM software products.
Perform hands-on engineering tasks to install, configure, and deploy AI technologies in production environments.
Lead persuasive technical discussions to convince partners of the value provided by IBM's AI solutions.
Conduct use case exploration and business framing workshops to develop client value realization models.
Act as a product subject matter expert to demonstrate and showcase IBM’s watsonx offerings.
Develop and package solution demonstrations as assets for digital engagement channels.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (preferred).
Hands-on development skills using Python, LLMs, and popular GenAI programming frameworks.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills to lead technical discussions with partners.
Ability to design architectures, build MVPs, and perform hands-on engineering tasks like installation and configuration.
Experience with RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Unix software installations (preferred).
Familiarity with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models, and Generative AI technologies (preferred).
Experience with Data Engineering techniques, Lakehouse technologies, and AI Operations (preferred).
