Product Operations Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from research and development through to factory production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to ensure on-time product launches.
• Lead mechanical sample and assembly parts reviews with ODM and global factory teams to identify defects early.
• Evaluate and improve product manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability using specific performance metrics.
• Manage product change processes to minimize engineering disruptions to customer orders during technical issues.
• Collaborate with operations teams to define equipment requirements and conduct experimental tests before products ship.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production problems to develop viable workarounds.

What we're looking for

• Engineering knowledge in fields such as industrial engineering, program management, quality management, or computer science.
• Strong adaptability to work environments.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication.
• Interest in manufacturing or factory operations.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• Graduation date between October 2026 and June 2027 (preferred).
• Experience with a factory internship (preferred).
