What you'll do

Perform trade studies and design engineering solutions for manufacturing hardware.
Execute procurement of necessary components to implement technical solutions.
Test, verify, and demonstrate the effectiveness of engineered solutions.
Develop novel tooling solutions for the fabrication and assembly of products.
Create process flows by breaking down complex assemblies into production lines.
Write technical documentation including work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements.
Contribute to mechanical and electrical designs, including interconnects and board fabrication.
Build prototype hardware hands-on alongside technicians and other engineers.

What we're looking for

Must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export-controlled information or facilities.
Ability to start full-time employment in 2027.
Experience with PCBA fabrication including SMT processes is preferred.
Experience physically manufacturing hardware through machining, fabrication, soldering, or assembly is preferred.
Proficiency in software scripting and familiarity with CAD, MES, and ERP/MRP systems are preferred.
Relevant internship or school experience in a manufacturing-related field is preferred.
