What you'll do

Own and evolve a bounded platform component, including service modules and SDK areas, for multi-tenant use.
Design, develop, and test software solutions and features that align with pre-defined system architecture and business goals.
Perform deep debugging and troubleshooting to identify and fix moderately complex software issues and API integration problems.
Monitor and maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of OCI File Storage Services across production environments.
Execute software and infrastructure deployments using automated tools and established change-management practices.
Identify operational toil and recurring incidents to create automation, runbooks, metrics, and alarms.
Lead customer-impacting incidents by coordinating timely mitigation and driving long-term corrective actions.
Create and improve technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, operational procedures, and adoption guidance.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience supporting commercial software, cloud infrastructure, or storage services in a distributed production environment.
Strong knowledge of Linux, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and production operations.
Knowledge of storage systems, file systems, and distributed-system fundamentals.
Experience with automation or infrastructure tooling such as Python, Terraform, and Bash.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, incident-management, and ticket-resolution skills.
Ability to interpret service metrics, logs, alarms, and operational trends during troubleshooting and reliability analysis.
Familiarity with Agile practices, change management, and production-readiness principles.
Experience with NetApp storage platforms, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or enterprise file-storage services (preferred).
