JOB TITLE: Senior Site Reliability Developer The Senior Site Reliability Developer joins the Oracle Health Data, Analytics Platform team to support core data platforms for the HealtheIntent product. What you'll do

Own the end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operability of shared, mission-critical data platforms.
Design and operate large-scale distributed systems including Hadoop (HDFS, YARN, HBase), Kafka, and Storm.
Develop and evolve automation frameworks using Ansible and Terraform to eliminate operational toil.
Establish capacity models, scaling strategies, and operational best practices for distributed platforms.
Manage Kerberized platforms to ensure secure authentication, authorization, and service-to-service communication.
Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex incidents and drive long-term reliability strategies.
Define platform standards, architectural direction, and operational guardrails for downstream engineering teams.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Security Clearance are required.
A BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent, is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of technical experience relevant to this position.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience operating large-scale, customer-facing distributed platforms.
Deep experience with HDFS, YARN, HBase, Kafka, Storm, or similar systems is required.
Proficiency in Linux, networking, and distributed system troubleshooting is required.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible and Terraform is required.
Scripting and automation skills in Python, Ruby, and Bash are required.
