  • Proficiency in using Salesforce for data analysis and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, SMB, InfiniBand.
  • Experience with logical partitioning (Z CEC) and Hardware Management Console.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
