What you'll do

Maintain and optimize the USCENTCOM Zero Trust transition roadmap to align with Department of War milestones.
Coordinate across diverse technical teams including Identity, Device, Network, Application, and Data security.
Prepare and deliver high-impact executive briefings and performance dashboards for General and Flag Officers.
Identify capability gaps and manage the procurement lifecycle for required Zero Trust technologies.
Interpret federal cybersecurity policies and translate them into specific USCENTCOM operational activities.
Develop and update internal Zero Trust policies, instructions, and technical guidance as required.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess an active Secret clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred).
Must be DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I compliant, such as Security+ or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, or 8+ years of experience managing complex IT/cybersecurity programs in government environments.
5+ years of related experience in Zero Trust Architecture and cybersecurity management.
Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Network Micro-Segmentation, and SIEM tools like Splunk.
Experience operating within a Combatant Command or Joint Staff environment (preferred).
Additional DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II certifications or PMP/PgMP certification (preferred).
