What you'll do

Lead the architecture and design of innovative cybersecurity solutions to protect federal networks.
Identify and implement methods to harden systems and reduce attack surfaces against advanced threats.
Translate customer IT security needs into actionable plans for secure and effective technical solutions.
Integrate technologies including IoT, OT, cloud security, automation, and identity management into existing infrastructures.
Design and implement micro-segmentation and attribute-based access control systems.
Advise senior executives on the development and execution of cybersecurity capability maturation.
Develop high-quality implementation plans and roadmaps in collaboration with project and proposal teams.
Author technical documentation, whitepapers, and blogs regarding leading cybersecurity topics and concepts.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience with IT operations or Cybersecurity with large federal organizations.
3+ years of experience with leading technical project delivery for large and complex organizations.
Experience architecting cybersecurity solutions and knowledge of Zero Trust principles.
Ability to guide senior leaders, including CISO, CIO, and CTO, on cybersecurity capability maturation.
Ability to collaborate with proposal teams to develop implementation plans and roadmaps.
Ability to author technical documentation, whitepapers, and blogs on leading Cybersecurity topics.
Secret clearance required.
HS diploma or GED.
Experience in leadership, advanced technologies (AI, Big Data), cloud architectures, or specific certifications like CISSP or Security+ (preferred).
