What you'll do

  • Track and manage all compliance requirements for multiple development projects.
  • Prepare Declarations of Conformity for new products.
  • Oversee compliance testing by ODMs and third-party labs according to HP's requirements.
  • Interface with internal teams and external partners on compliance issues.
  • Follow up and manage agency regulations and their impact on product certification.
  • Present certification status updates to development program team and management.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar STEM field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in EMC product compliance design or evaluation.
  • Familiarity with PC-related high-paced technologies and external supplier management.
  • Knowledge in Safety, Telecom, and Energy PC compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for regulatory issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
