Senior Compliance and Safety Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Lead complex compliance programs and regulatory activities (EMC and safety) for AI and hyperscale server platforms.
• Translate system capabilities into actionable compliance plans with defined milestones for cross-functional teams.
• Track program health, test execution status, and key deliverables to ensure timely product launches.
• Identify compliance risks early and develop mitigation plans to ensure production readiness.
• Coordinate with labs and internal teams to manage testing, documentation, and certification approvals.
• Communicate program metrics and trade-offs during executive-level reviews and customer interactions.
• Drive continuous improvement of compliance standards and mentor team members on execution excellence.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Master's degree (MS) is preferred.
• Relevant compliance, safety, regulatory, or program management certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading compliance and safety programs throughout the hardware lifecycle including EMC and certification.
• Expertise in hardware systems with cross-domain experience across electrical, mechanical, and regulatory areas.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product requirements in documentation-heavy environments.
• Strong executive presence to communicate technical trade-offs and risk mitigations to leadership and customers.
• Proficiency in balancing technical requirements with business priorities in dynamic, high-growth environments.
