Ability to perform critical thinking and decision-making regarding risk assessment, regulatory obligations, and business priorities.
Proficiency in communicating complex information across technical, legal, compliance, operational, and executive stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of safety standards, regulatory frameworks, certification requirements, and governance practices.
Expertise in risk management methodologies including hazard analysis, mitigation planning, and continuous monitoring.
Experience leading programs for autonomous systems, connected products, or other safety-critical environments.
Experience establishing governance frameworks, compliance metrics, audit readiness processes, and traceability across the product lifecycle.
