What you'll do

  • Lead a team responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and effective technology services to enhance employee productivity.
  • Manage the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of end-user computing, collaboration tools, and conferencing technologies.
  • Develop and maintain service and hardware roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and security requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership for technical personnel by setting priorities, allocating resources, and monitoring performance.
  • Manage projects, track budgets, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Implement automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and self-service solutions to improve the employee experience.
  • Use operational data and customer feedback to drive measurable improvements in service availability and adoption.
  • Foster employee development through coaching, training, and ensuring team members stay current on emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience leading technical teams, projects, or operational services in IT, end-user services, or workforce productivity environments is required.
  • Proficiency in workplace technology domains such as end-user computing, collaboration platforms, and IT service management is required.
  • Strong knowledge of service delivery, incident/problem management, change management, and continuous improvement practices is required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills are required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and self-service capabilities is preferred.
  • Ability to manage technology vendors, budgets, and cost analysis in a large enterprise environment is preferred.
