Workday Solution Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment for complex Workday initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance across product areas including Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, and HCM.
• Manage Workday business processes, security, reporting, calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Identify opportunities for automation and system efficiency improvements with HR, Payroll, and Talent teams.
• Assess downstream impacts and dependencies associated with proposed changes to the Workday environment.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex production issues with internal and third-party partners.
• Evaluate and implement Workday AI and other emerging capabilities.
• Provide guidance and professional development to other members of the Workday Solutions team.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of tactical Workday experience in consulting, solution consulting, or solution architecture roles.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, reporting, calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Track record of designing and implementing sophisticated Workday solutions across multiple product areas like HCM, Recruiting, or Compensation.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, testing, and deployment phases for enterprise-level Workday initiatives.
• Experience performing root-cause analysis and resolving complex production issues within a global Workday environment.
• Workday certification in one or more functional areas (preferred).
• Experience across a wide array of Workday products including Core and Advanced Compensation (preferred).
• Experience evaluating or implementing Workday AI and emerging capabilities (preferred).
