The Senior Solution Consultant joins the team overseeing global management of Workday Compensation and Absence modules. This role involves analyzing complex business challenges to design scalable technology solutions and translating requirements into actionable configurations. You will support daily operations, lead integration and testing efforts, and manage configuration changes to ensure system reliability and compliance. Key responsibilities include developing functional designs, performing root cause analysis, and managing multi-country localization requirements. The position requires technical expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Core Connectors, and Calculated Fields. You will also utilize knowledge of systems architecture and change management practices to solve business problems. The work focuses on maintaining accurate, compliant structures and plans for global compensation and absence programs while driving continuous system improvements.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution designs for Workday Compensation and Absence modules.
Develop detailed functional designs and manage system configurations to ensure platform reliability.
Lead integration and testing efforts to validate solution performance and mitigate technical risks.
Perform root cause analysis and provide expert guidance on risk assessment and change management.
Support day-to-day operations and address issues within global Workday configurations.
Implement multi-country configurations including country-specific absence plans and compensation structures.
Manage technical integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Calculated Fields.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
5 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
Strong expertise in Workday configuration and integrations for Compensation and Absence modules, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Calculated Fields.
Proven expertise in translating complex business requirements into effective solution designs aligned with strategic objectives.
Strong knowledge of systems architecture, configuration management, and integration across multiple platforms.
Experience with multi-country Workday configurations, including country-specific absence plans, compensation structures, and localization requirements.
Workday Pro Certification in Compensation, Absence, and/or Integrations (preferred).
Prior work experience in technical integrations between SAP, Workday, and third-party applications (preferred).
