The Senior Solution Consultant joins a team managing global Workday Compensation and Absence modules to ensure accurate, compliant configurations for over one million associates. What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or a related field.
3 years of experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or a related area.
Alternatively, 5 years of experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or a related area.
Expertise in Workday configuration and integrations for Compensation and Absence modules, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Calculated Fields.
Proficiency in translating complex business requirements into scalable solution designs and managing system architecture.
Experience with multi-country Workday configurations, including country-specific absence plans and compensation structures.
Knowledge of risk assessment, root cause analysis, change management, and project implementation strategies.
Workday Pro Certification in Compensation, Absence, and/or Integrations is preferred.
