What you'll do

  • Manage system integrations within the architecture of the Workday Financial system.

  • Build AI-enabled monitoring and observability solutions for financial integrations.
  • Lead design sessions and code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
  • Ensure data integrity through analysis, coding, and clear documentation.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies to recommend strategic use cases for productivity.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience within the Workday Ecosystem.
  • 3+ years of experience with architecture and design.
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
  • 1+ years of experience building AI-powered applications, chatbots, or intelligent agents.
  • Experience developing and enhancing Workday integrations, PRISM lineages, and Accounting Center processes with a financial domain.
  • Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards) and strong technical experience with XML and XSLT.
  • Knowledge of Workday development tools including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and BIRT.
