Wireless/RF Engineering Program Manager

What you'll do

• Drive the new product introduction process for iPhone from prototype through mass production.
• Manage program objectives and schedules by coordinating with internal engineering, architecture, and operations teams.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Plan and execute prototype builds to meet development goals.
• Guide technical teams to solve complex problems during the new product development cycle.
• Manage the integration of wireless technologies into hardware products.
• Navigate and resolve technical uncertainties while maintaining project timelines.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
• 5+ years of relevant RF/Wireless experience in communications or hardware technology industries.
• Demonstrated track record of development and integration of wireless technologies into products.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• MSEE or MBA (preferred).
• Working knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes (preferred).
• Experience in technical project/product management or RF design, test, application engineering, or wireless system design (preferred).
