As a Cellular Modem RF Software Engineering Program Manager, you will join the hardware team to manage the development of cellular baseband modems. What you'll do

Own the development of Cellular RF Software controlling transceivers and front-end components in real-time signaling mode.
Track execution of RF Software plans from implementation and pre-silicon validation through cellular feature bring-up.
Manage productization of RF Software via system testing, field testing, interoperability testing, and production ramp.
Drive activities for development, non-regression testing, release management, and defect resolution.
Identify project bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies to resolve technical conflicts.
Deliver executive presentations regarding project status, key metrics, risks, and issues to support decision-making.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Proven track record of hands-on engineering management, leadership, or program/project management in the FW/SW domain.
Proven experience in wireless modem Layer 1/RF Software development and/or RF verification.
Understanding of the Development Lifecycle for embedded software and firmware (preferred).
Knowledge of cellular modem baseband building blocks, software layers, and RF transceiver components (preferred).
Knowledge of RF Cellular major features, real-time requirements, and associated challenges (preferred).
Experience in wireless standards such as 5G-NR, 4G LTE, UMTS, GSM, or CDMA (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior management level presentations (preferred).
