This role requires expertise in wireless system design, signal processing, communication theory, OFDM systems, and proficiency in tools like Matlab or Python, as well as knowledge of wireless protocols such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be and LTE/WCDMA/GSM.

What you'll do

Drive the integration and performance optimization of Wi-Fi PHY and Radio Systems for pre-silicon and post-silicon stages.
Develop and integrate calibration algorithms such as TPC, AGC, TSSI, RSSI, and interference mitigation in RF systems.
Debug and resolve system performance issues across RF domains and digital PHY processing to ensure optimal wireless performance.
Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines to ensure seamless integration of end-to-end features in wireless SoCs.
Characterize RF/PHY performance and drive resolutions to maintain robust product quality throughout the development process.

What we're looking for

Hands-on experience in wireless system design, integration, and bring-up.
Strong fundamentals in signal processing, communication theory, OFDM systems, radio architectures, and analog/RF impairments.
Experience debugging and optimizing RF and digital PHY processing issues.
Collaborative work with cross-disciplinary teams including MAC and firmware developers.
Characterization of RF/PHY performance and resolution of robustness issues.
Proficiency in lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
