Web Content Engineering & AI Visibility Lead

What you'll do

• Build and maintain product, pricing, solutions, and career pages across all Datadog web properties.
• Manage CMS templates, components, permissions, and workflows in partnership with the Engineering team.
• Own technical SEO and AI discoverability by managing structured data, metadata, and crawlability.
• Optimize how AI answer engines interpret and cite content from Datadog’s web pages.
• Establish consistent structural standards across web properties and monitor site health to resolve issues.
• Use AI, agents, and automation to streamline the workflow from content recommendation to publication.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools to provide insights for stakeholders with less manual effort.

What we're looking for

• Experience building and maintaining web pages in a modern CMS such as DatoCMS, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO and AI discoverability fundamentals including structured data, heading structure, internal linking, and crawlability.
• Experience using AI, agents, automation, or reusable workflows to reduce repetitive work and improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to transform content from various formats into clear, effective web experiences.
• Proficiency in using platforms like Conductor, Profound, or similar tools to measure discoverability and inform decisions (preferred).
• Ability to organize requests from multiple teams while planning and prioritizing work to maintain quality.
