What you'll do

Perform contract and product profit margin analysis and surveillance.
Develop monthly rolling forecasts by collaborating with engineering stakeholders and program managers.
Create and maintain Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts.
Forecast income statements and balance sheets at the contract and business line levels.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reports across multiple accounting levels.
Build automated dashboards and reports using FP&A and BI tools.
Support pricing activities and proposal development for new contracts.
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting systems and procedures.

What we're looking for

Must have 2-5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Must be a United States citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
Must have an acute understanding of financial systems, data management, and complex modeling.
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred experience in the DoD, manufacturing, or technology industries.
Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
