What you'll do

Design and implement AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, and presentation systems.
Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment such as projectors, displays, sound systems, and control systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues in a timely manner for on-site and remote users.
Manage AV network infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems.
Plan and execute AV system upgrades, migrations, and hardware replacements.
Provide training to end-users on AV equipment operation and best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for AV system configurations and processes.
Manage AV equipment inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance and be eligible to obtain a CI Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in AV systems design, installation, and maintenance.
Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
Proficiency in AV system design software such as AutoCAD or Visio.
Strong knowledge of AV technologies including video conferencing, digital signal processing, and IP-based AV systems.
TS/SCI Clearance.
