Enterprise AV Design and Collaboration Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and deploy sophisticated Microsoft Teams Rooms and internal event spaces as a technical domain expert.
• Manage end-to-end AV infrastructure logistics, including purchase orders, vendor relationships, and equipment shipping.
• Lead AV installation projects from architectural drawings to final commissioning in coordination with Real Estate and Facilities teams.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware and software issues within Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure ecosystems.
• Design and support the MTR ecosystem including Teams Phone architecture, dial plans, and PSTN connectivity.
• Develop API-led automation and custom macros to integrate AV with smart-building systems and improve user experience.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Audio Visual engineering, design, and support within an enterprise environment.
• Deep technical expertise in configuring and fixing AV-over-IP systems, DSP programming (Q-SYS/Biamp), and control systems (Crestron/Extron).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, Multicast, Dante, AES67, and NVX.
• Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Experience designing and supporting the MTR ecosystem on Cisco hardware, including Teams Phone architecture and PSTN connectivity.
• Ability to drive API-led automation (Webex, Microsoft Graph) and develop custom macros/UI extensions.
