  • Translate complex business processes into technical requirements while challenging outdated legacy practices.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience in Java (Java 17+ preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted engineering tools to govern agents and ensure production quality.
  • Experience building event-driven and distributed systems, including familiarity with messaging platforms like Apache Kafka.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build/test/deploy workflows.
  • Solid testing discipline across unit, integration, and acceptance testing using modern frameworks.
  • Ability to navigate, understand, and debug large and unfamiliar codebases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for technical and non-technical audiences in distributed teams.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, gRPC, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Kubernetes, or financial services domain knowledge (preferred).
