What you'll do

  • Design and operate high-availability, multi-region, cloud-native services with integrated security and observability.

  • Orchestrate AI coding agents across the SDLC to generate production-quality code and navigate large legacy codebases.
  • Implement production-grade AI solutions into existing Java-based microservices.
  • Translate complex business processes into technical requirements and digital solutions in collaboration with domain experts.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle including design, testing, and deployment using Agile best practices.
  • Build reusable capabilities to solve technical problems across front, middle, and back office functions.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of professional software development experience in Java (Java 17+ preferred).
  • Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools to govern agents and assess production-quality code.
  • Experience building event-driven and distributed systems, including familiarity with messaging platforms like Apache Kafka.
  • Proficiency in SDLC practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build/test workflows.
  • Strong testing discipline across unit, integration, and acceptance testing using modern frameworks.
  • Ability to navigate, understand, and debug large and unfamiliar codebases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred experience with Spring Boot, gRPC, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Kubernetes, and high-availability systems.
