What you'll do

  • Design and operate high-availability, multi-region, cloud-native services with integrated security and observability.

  • Solve complex engineering problems by integrating AI into existing production workflows.

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 years of professional software development experience in Java, preferably version 17 or higher.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted engineering tools to manage, govern, and audit AI-generated code.
  • Experience building event-driven and distributed systems, including familiarity with messaging platforms like Apache Kafka.
  • Proficiency in SDLC practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build/test/deploy workflows.
  • Strong testing discipline across unit, integration, and acceptance testing using modern frameworks.
  • Ability to navigate, understand, and debug large and unfamiliar codebases both with and without AI assistance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with technical and non-technical audiences in distributed teams.
  • Preferred experience with Spring Boot, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and high-availability infrastructure.
