What you'll do

  • Design and evolve Smartly's global revenue operating model to support growth.
  • Establish KPI frameworks and executive dashboards for real-time revenue visibility.
  • Lead AI-first approach to automate workflows and improve seller productivity.
  • Create a unified commercial data architecture for trusted reporting and decision-making.
  • Deploy AI-driven initiatives across forecasting, planning, pipeline management, and more.
  • Strengthen alignment between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related fields.
  • Significant experience scaling global B2B SaaS or advertising technology businesses.
  • Proven track record supporting multi-billion-dollar revenue organizations or hyper-growth tech companies.
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, compensation design, territory planning, and commercial analytics.
  • Experience leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives and implementing AI solutions.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
