What you'll do

  • Own territory execution across assigned regions to ensure bookings meet compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex transactions and provide guidance on high-complexity scenarios.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparing and reviewing reconciliations.
  • Identify discrepancies and trends through ongoing review of operational data for process improvement.
  • Develop business performance reporting to support planning and decision-making with accurate results.
  • Oversee system enhancements by working with Business Technology teams on UAT participation and validation.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, or related roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of operations systems like Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and Tableau.
  • Strong operational skills with expertise in complex processes and policies.
  • Sound judgment for evaluating information and handling non-standard scenarios.
  • Clear communication abilities to work effectively across multiple teams.
