VP, Finance & Transformation

What you'll do

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap to transform Finance into an agile, capability-oriented operating model.
• Identify and scale high-value applications of AI, automation, and advanced analytics across all Finance functions.
• Redesign workflows to replace manual, repetitive tasks with automated and AI-enabled processes.
• Transition Finance from reporting historical data to providing forward-looking, predictive, and actionable business insights.
• Partner with IT and Data teams to build robust infrastructure for finance tools and data engineering.
• Establish governance, controls, and accountability frameworks for AI-enabled financial processes.
• Develop a talent strategy to evolve the workforce toward roles focused on high-level analysis and problem-solving.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO to align Finance capabilities with broader enterprise goals.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within large, complex global organizations.
• Significant experience in FP&A, controllership, business finance, or finance transformation roles.
• Demonstrated success leading significant transformations across Finance or other complex enterprise functions.
• Deep understanding of how AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies reshape Finance work and operating models.
• Strong understanding of public-company financial requirements, controls, and operating disciplines.
• Ability to lead through influence without relying on a large direct organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced qualification (preferred).
