VP, E2E Quality Lead, Enterprise Migration Program

What you'll do

• Define and audit workbook criteria for completeness, clarity, and traceability to ensure SME-review readiness.
• Establish and own the acceptance criteria for AI-generated pull requests and quality gates.
• Own the functional Go/No-Go quality checklist for each migration phase and enforce quality gates.
• Lead weekly triage meetings with Remediation Operations to review failures, escapes, and emerging risks.
• Track and report core quality metrics including false-positive rates, PR merge rates, and CI failure taxonomy.
• Govern the test bar for application-level and end-to-end testing executed by the QE cell.
• Coordinate quality expectations across engine, database, application, and batch tracks.
• Establish defect-escape thresholds to inform cutover decisions and escalate risks early.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 8 years in quality engineering/assurance.
• Minimum of 3 years leading quality and test strategy for complex, multi-team software programs.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end quality governance, including acceptance criteria, phase Go/No-Go gates, and quality bars.
• Experience with test-management and defect-tracking tooling such as qTest and Jira.
• Experience governing vendor/partner test execution and coordinating SME-owned UAT sign-off across multiple domains.
• Experience governing quality for AI/ML-generated artifacts or automated remediation pipelines (preferred).
• Background in regulated financial-services migrations or large platform-consolidation programs (preferred).
