The Enterprise Data Quality Leader, Vice President joins the Enterprise Data Governance team within the Chief Data and AI Office. This role leads the development of enterprise data quality policies, standards, and control requirements into scalable business processes and platform capabilities. You will build and implement data quality management frameworks, measurement and reporting systems, and exception management processes. Key responsibilities include translating regulatory expectations into functional requirements, managing backlogs for the Collibra Platform, and partnering with data stewards to establish monitoring capabilities. The role requires expertise in data quality dimensions, rule management, and control design. You will solve complex problems regarding risk data aggregation and reporting outcomes, specifically ensuring alignment with BCBS 239 standards while improving control transparency across a global enterprise environment.
Lead the creation and implementation of enterprise data quality standards, procedures, and technology capabilities.
Translate data quality policies and regulatory expectations into business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Define the strategy and governance structure for data quality error and issue management processes.
Establish enterprise approaches for measuring data quality dimensions like accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Define requirements for workflow-enabled data quality control management and management oversight dashboards.
Produce evidence-based insights on data quality outcomes and remediation progress for senior management.
Participate in regulatory responses, self-assessments, audit reviews, and data governance forums.
Drive roadmap prioritization for data quality management capabilities within the Collibra platform.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management, Business/Finance, or a related discipline required.
7+ years of experience in Data Quality Management, Data Governance, Data Management, Business Analysis, Product Management, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
Experience implementing enterprise data quality management frameworks, data governance processes, control frameworks, or supporting technology solutions.
Strong understanding of data quality management disciplines, including dimensions, rule management, control design, measurement, issue management, and governance reporting.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements and findings into practical business processes and technology-enabled solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills to simplify complex requirements into clear deliverables.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across business and technology teams without direct authority.
Experience with Collibra or similar data governance, metadata management, data catalog, workflow, or data quality platforms (preferred).
