As a Vice President, Small Business Payments Product Manager within the Connected Commerce Payments organization, you will lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for small and mid-sized business payment services. You will act as the voice of the customer to develop scalable, resilient products by driving innovation from discovery through delivery. Your daily responsibilities include defining product strategy, conducting market research, managing a prioritized backlog, and performing data analytics and competitive analysis to guide initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Design, Data, Technology, Risk, Controls, Compliance, and Legal teams while managing production support and reporting on product health. The role requires advanced knowledge of digital payments, the product development lifecycle, and data analytics. Essential tools include Jira, Microsoft Office, and Confluence to solve complex problems within the small business payment domain.
Define and drive product strategy and vision for small and mid-sized business payment services.
Lead discovery efforts and market research to identify customer needs for the product roadmap.
Own, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog aligned with strategic goals and value propositions.
Use data analytics, user research, and competitive analysis to guide initiative prioritization.
Partner with Design, Data, and Technology teams to deliver large-scale initiatives.
Coordinate with Risk, Controls, Compliance, and Legal partners to maintain a secure environment.
Manage production support, issue resolution, and defect prioritization for the product suite.
Publish executive reports on product health, industry trends, and customer feedback.
What we're looking for
7 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Advanced knowledge of digital payments, the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office, and Confluence.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities.
Deep understanding of small business customers and their unique payment needs (preferred).
