What you'll do

  • Define the product vision and strategy for Payments Sales experiences using AI, analytics, and automation.
  • Translate customer needs and firm strategy into a cohesive, forward-looking product roadmap.
  • Lead product discovery through user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform development.
  • Drive workflow optimization and platform integration across CRM, sales intelligence, and onboarding systems.
  • Establish and monitor key success metrics like adoption, automation, and operational efficiency to guide investment.
  • Champion responsible AI practices including governance, risk management, and transparency as capabilities scale.
  • Mentor product managers and set high standards for analytical rigor and stakeholder communication.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 5-8+ years of experience in product management or related roles for complex, enterprise-scale products.
  • Experience modernizing and scaling CRM, sales, and revenue platforms in enterprise environments.
  • Strong command of the product development life cycle within large, regulated, or data-intensive environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across engineering, data, UX, and business functions.
  • Familiarity with AI, analytics, or automation-enabled products to translate capabilities into practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to define success metrics, evaluate business impact, and make data-informed tradeoffs.
  • Understanding of operating in managed-risk or regulated environments including partnership with legal and compliance.
  • Strong executive communication and coaching skills to guide teams through ambiguity and evolving technologies.
