As a Vice President Product Solutions Manager - Fusion Platform within the Fusion Customer Success team in the Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will serve as a subject matter expert on the platform's data, analytics, and AI capabilities. You will guide clients through technical guidance for prioritized use cases while collaborating with business, product, engineering, and client teams to ensure successful adoption. Your daily work involves developing documentation for common solution patterns, promoting platform awareness through enablement activities, and tracking usage metrics to inform continuous improvement. The role requires expertise in cloud-based data, analytics, and AI technologies within the financial services industry or related sectors. You will navigate a complex matrixed organization to deliver integrated solutions, advocate for best practices, and provide feedback on platform enhancements to solve technical challenges regarding enterprise data and AI delivery at scale.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Fusion platform capabilities including data, analytics, and AI.
Provide technical guidance and expertise for prioritized use cases, webinars, and events.
Analyze business needs to recommend optimal Fusion solutions for clients.
Develop and document common solution patterns to accelerate platform adoption.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure integrated and effective solution delivery.
Promote platform awareness and usage through enablement activities and client engagement.
Track and report on adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to inform improvements.
Provide feedback to product teams to inform future platform enhancements.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products.
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data, analytics, and AI technologies in financial services or a related industry.
Ability to provide technical guidance and support for complex platform solutions.
Experience working directly with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions to production.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption and client enablement.
Familiarity with Fusion platform components or similar enterprise data and AI platforms (preferred); experience with technical advocacy or strategic implementations (preferred).
