What you'll do

Develop and champion a product strategy and vision that aligns with business objectives.
Lead discovery efforts and market research to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities.

Define and track key success metrics including cost, feature delivery, risk, and reliability.
Guide products through the full life cycle from ideation and requirements to launch and iteration.

Lead integration efforts with SAP Financial Accounting and other third-party platforms.
Synthesize customer feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve product performance.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, including design thinking and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Demonstrated experience building and managing a product backlog in an agile environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into clear product decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across teams and levels.
Demonstrated experience implementing automation and AI solutions in financial applications or operations.
Strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting modules and integration points, or similar enterprise financial systems.
