Vice President of Product Management, Agentic

What you'll do

• Own and achieve multi-year revenue targets for the Satori business through strategic influence and platform adoption.
• Develop and communicate a product strategy that encourages internal engineering teams to build on your platform.
• Execute the full go-to-market motion, including ICP definition, POC execution, field enablement, and pricing.
• Manage the product lifecycle for both the shared platform infrastructure and the MCP Access product line.
• Lead cross-functional steering committees to resolve conflicts and ensure mission teams remain productive and aligned.
• Integrate governance features such as guardrails, auditability, and supervision into the core platform architecture.
• Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of product managers focused on outcome-based results.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing business revenue, pricing, and go-to-market strategy rather than just product roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes across teams that are not under your direct management in complex environments.
• Experience with platform and product-line development including APIs, identity/access, monetization, or infrastructure.
• Expertise in full go-to-market motions including evangelism, ICP definition, POC execution, enablement, and pricing.
• Ability to build credibility with both engineers on technical architecture and commercial leaders on packaging and value.
• Track record of building and coaching empowered product teams that focus on outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and a bias for action.
• Cybersecurity experience, consumption-based monetization models, or startup-style experience (preferred).
